The information submitted through the form is not stored in the website’s own database. It is forwarded by email to info@vantaankoneistus.fi. We process information received through direct email inquiries in the same way.

Server and security logs may also be generated in the website’s technical service environment. These logs may contain technical information such as IP address, browser information and details related to page requests.

5. Recipients of Personal Data and Service Providers

We use the following service providers in connection with the website. They may process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide their services:

  • Lovable: website hosting and server environment, email delivery of requests for quotation, and Visitor Analytics.
  • Cloudflare: technical traffic delivery and protection within Lovable’s service environment.
  • Microsoft 365: receiving requests for quotation and email communications.
  • Google Maps: only when the user chooses to click the “Show Google Maps” button on the Contact page.
  • OpenStreetMap: the map preview on the Contact page is a local image file hosted by the website. A connection to OpenStreetMap is only established if the user opens the copyright attribution link on the map image.

6. Google Maps

Google Maps is not loaded automatically when the page loads, and no connection to Google is established before the user chooses to activate it. When the user clicks the “Show Google Maps” button on the Contact page, the map is loaded from Google’s service. Google may then process technical information such as the user’s IP address, browser information and information related to the use of the map.

Google’s own Privacy Policy applies to this use: policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Visitor Analytics

The website uses Lovable’s own Visitor Analytics service. It is used for general monitoring of website usage and visitor numbers. The statistics may be used, for example, to assess how our communications, such as LinkedIn posts, affect website traffic.

The statistics provide general information about visitor numbers and page views and are not used to identify individual visitors or link visits to specific individuals. According to Lovable’s current implementation, Visitor Analytics does not use cookies or store identifiers in the user’s browser.

8. Cookies and Technical Storage

  • The website does not use non-essential marketing or analytics cookies.
  • The website may use essential technical information where necessary for security and website functionality.
  • Cloudflare may set a security cookie that is technically necessary.
  • Information related to Google Maps may only be generated after the user opens the map.
